do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
I am thankful to be working at Cornerstone, providing service to help clients in scheduling, updating their information, and answering their questions. There is always more to learn and grow in during my time here, but working alongside my coworkers and the providers that show immense grace has been encouraging.
As I continue working on my Master’s in Mental Health Counseling, my hope in this position at Cornerstone is to carry my experience over to when I am a counselor. Being patient and understanding are characteristics that can help, whether that is answering a client’s question or eventually helping them navigate through difficult trials. As I continue to grow in my own awareness, I am hopeful that I can be present for those who I encounter, leaning into grace. I look forward to talking with you soon as you make those next steps in healing.
